The 2011/12 ITTA AGM will be held at Sport HQ, 13 Joyce Way, Park West, Dublin 12 on Saturday 4th June 2010 at 10.30am
Attendance & Voting at AGMs: All affiliated ITTA members of 18 years and over on the date of the AGM
Agenda Items: Items for inclusion on the Agenda must be forwarded to me, in writing, not later than Saturday 30 April 2011. Such items may be submitted by individual clubs, Branch Secretaries or individual members if countersigned by 6 other members
Submission of Annual Report and Audited Statement of Accounts, 2010:
Branches are reminded that an Annual Report and an audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 must be submitted to the ITTA prior to the AGM. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the members of the offending Provincial Branch losing the right to vote at general meetings until such reports have been submitted to the Secretary of the company, presented to the Board of Directors and circulated to the other Provincial Branches.
