The Ladies Open Singles will be keenly contested with players such as Ashley Givan, Rita Kacsandi and Rebecca Kenny seeking to take the title. Other players likely to feature include Sarah Timlin, Sabina Devereux, and Fiona Dennett, all in the top 10 in Ireland.
The various banded events and the U21 and veterans events will also feature top quality table tennis. It is difficult to choose from a very strong list of contenders in these events but no doubt there are some great matches in store. The banded events will take place on Saturday.
