National Umpires Examination Date Set

To provide for County Umpires who wish to progress, the ITTA have announced details of the next National Umpires examination, which will take place in conjunction with the Senior Classification Qualifier in August 2009. This examination will be organised by Mr.Ted Bollard, International Umpire. Please find below full details of this exam:
NATIONAL UMPIRES EXAMINATION 2009
Dates and Times:
Friday 14th August 2009 (7.30pm for 8.00pm)
Saturday 15thAugust 2009(10.00am until 5.00pm)
Venue:
Friday 14th August 2009 at York Road Club, Park Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
Saturday 15th August 2009 at IWA, Clontarf, Dublin
Format:
Friday evening: written examination for 1 hour.
Saturday: Interview and Practical Test
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AN OPEN BOOK EXAMINATION; EXAMINEES MUST BE QUALIFIED COUNTY UMPIRES (or equivalent) and AFFILIATED ITTA MEMBERS
