NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Irish Table Tennis Association Limited will be held at Sport HQ, 13 Joyce Way, Park West, Dublin 12 on 4th day of June 2011 at 10.30am to consider and, where appropriate and thought fit, pass the Resolutions set out below as Ordinary and Special Resolutions:
1. Chairman of the Meeting.
2. Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive and consider the Directors and Staff Reports.
4. To receive and consider the Directors' and Auditors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31/12/2010.
5. To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
6. To receive and consider the Reports of Provincial Branches and other Committees.
Special Business:
Special Resolutions
7. “THAT, the Articles of Association be amended by the deletion of the words ‘Company Secretary’ from Article 7 and the insertion of the words ‘International Director’ in place thereof.”
8. “THAT, the Articles of Association be amended by the deletion of the word ‘Secretary’ from Article 9 and the insertion of the words ‘International Director’ in place thereof.”
9. Election of Directors:

10.Election of:
