NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of THE IRISH TABLE TENNIS ASSOCIATION LIMITED will be held at Sport HQ, 13 Joyce Way, Park West, Dublin 12 on Tuesday the 6th day of April 2010 at 6.30 pm to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Resolution as a Special Resolution:
1. “THAT the Regulations contained in the printed document attached, marked “A”, be approved and adopted as the new Articles of Association of the Company, in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, all the existing Articles thereof.”
