STIGA B2B Table Tennis League Launched

The ITTA is delighted to announce the launch of the STIGA B2B Table Tennis League aimed at introducing table tennis to the workplace in businesses in the Greater Dublin area. Table tennis is a fantastic social sport, and this League gives companies the chance of offer staff a new team building experience . The STIGA B2B League will cater for all levels of playing ability, from novice to expert - the focus will be on fun, fitness and making new social connections. Commenting on the launch of Dublin's newest table tennis league, ITTA President Joseph Hickey stated:
" Table-tennis is a sport for all ages and all weathers ! In recent years, with the introduction of the STIGA Junior Challenger Series for under age players, the IITA has seen a significant influx of new players in the 8-18 age bracket. The introduction of the STIGA B2B League creates a wonderful opportunity for the 18 to 80 age group be they beginners, improvers or experts to play the sport in a relaxed social environment and, at the same time, support a worthy cause, Barnardos. We are confident that the league will be an important addition to our programme of activities"
By entering this League, Barnardos will also benefit to the tune of €50 per entry, allowing companies to support a very worthy cause while also providing a fun activity for their staff. Commenting on the partnership with Barnardos, STIGA B2B League Chairman Sean Deignan stated;
"Barnardos works in the heart of disadvantaged communities with children and families whose well-being is under threat. They provide services in a total of 42 projects nationally. What a great cause to be supporting through your participation in this year's Stiga B2B Table Tennis League"
