Victor Mercer, a true Ulster and Irish Table Tennis legend from the post-War period died peacefully in Bath, England earlier this month.

The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) is pleased to offer three (3) scholarships for journalists to attend the LIEBHERR 2012 World Team Table Tennis Championships in Dortmund, Germany from Sunday 25th March to Sunday 1st April 2012.
